In reply I have to say that I will cheerfully comply with your request.” Double-matted and framed with an original pen-and-ink portrait of Cleveland by artist Scott Prior to an overall size of 27 x 23. In fine condition, with a couple spots of foxing. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
