Agreement between Flynn and Warner Bros. in which he transfers the rights for “that certain story, continuity and narration…entitled ‘The Voyage of the Zacca [sic].’” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Flynn and countersigned by a notary public. In fine condition, with expected document wear. In 1946, Flynn produced a short 16mm documentary during a voyage to collect specimens with his father, a professor, in association with the Scripps Institute of Oceanography; ultimately entitled The Cruise of the Zaca, it was not released until December 1952.
