Nice glossy 3 x 4.5 photo of Penney posing for a photo in front of one of his stores in Mesa, Arizona, matted to an overall size of 5.25 x 7.75, signed on the mat in black ink. Reverse bears an affixed newspaper clipping indicating the store where the photo was taken, as well as an affixed ownership caption, dating the signature to February 25, 1967. In fine condition, with irregular ink adhesion to a single letter of the signature, and trivial silvering and surface impressions to photo. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
