Letter to Maggie Whitehouse, in part: “I just want to thank you and all your colleagues for your courtesy and hospitality during my ‘whirlwind’! appearance on your programme. You made it such a pleasure, and I did appreciate the many kind sentiments which were expressed. If it is at all possible for you to let me know the name of the driver who ‘got-me-to-the-church-just-on-time’…I would be most grateful, as I feel he deserves a big ‘thank you’ from me for his Stirling Moss efforts!” In fine condition, with two vertical mailing folds (one passing through a portion of his surname). Accompanied by an unsigned photo of Cushing at the premiere of the 1958 film Violent Playground, as well as the original mailing envelope, addressed in Cushing’s hand. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
