The elusive ‘Type 2’ variant—direct from Apollo 11’s LMP

Extremely scarce flown Apollo 11 ‘Type 2’ Dow-Unicover cover with a cachet honoring the three crew members and the first step on the moon, 6.5 x 3.5, bearing an August 11, 1969, Webster, Texas quarantine cancellation, signed in blue felt tip by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, and in black ballpoint by Michael Collins. Also flight-certified in the upper left by Aldrin, “EEA-33 Carried to the Moon on Apollo 11.” In fine condition. The elusive ‘Type 2’ variant is considered rarer than the ‘Type 1’ examples. Pre-certified Zarelli Space Authentication.
