President Jackson grants Peter Hinkle a parcel of land “in the District of lands subject to sale at Jackson, Mississippi, containing Eighty Acres.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. Encapsulated in Mylar, cloth-matted, and framed with an engraved portrait and plaque to an overall size of 34.5 x 24.5. Intersecting folds and soiling to the lower right affecting the signature area, otherwise fine condition. Oversized. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
