American jazz guitarist (born 1931) who was influenced by Charlie Christian and Django Reinhardt, and is known for his collaborations with Jimmy Smith, including the 1965 hit album Organ Grinder Swing. Uncommon 4.25 x 5.5 paperstock photo of Burrell on an advertisement for the Bohemian Caverns jazz club, signed and inscribed in blue ink, “To Johnny Sneed, Best always, Kenny Burrell.” In fine condition, with slight show-through from writing to opposing side.
