Noted African-American blues guitarist and singer (1914–1969). His political activism in the 1940s resulted in his being blacklisted, which in turn led to his still-controversial testimony before the notorious House Un-American Activities Committee. A Josh White Program album signed and inscribed on the back cover in blue ballpoint, “To my little angel Mary, bless you always, Your friend—Josh White.” Track listing on back cover bears collector’s ink notations. A split top edge, some wear to corners, and slight rubbing to back cover, otherwise fine condition. The record is included. Pre-certified REAL.
