Letter to an unidentified recipient who had recently published Solvay’s findings, in full (translated): “Owing to several circumstances relative to my travels, your letter of June 19th has only just reached me. I thank you for it, and I am grateful for the insertion of my article in your review. In the conditions it was published, it will attract the attention at the right moment on the principles that I believe I was able to establish quite explicitly and that should allow to insert the conception of the living reaction within the framework of classic science.” In fine condition.
