Booklet containing Neel’s 1970 Nobel Prize essay ‘Magnetisme et Champ Moleculaire Local,’ printed by the Nobel Foundation in 1971, twenty pages, 6.5 x 9.5, signed and inscribed on the title page in fountain pen in French. A photo of Neel is affixed below the signature. Front cover folded back to show the signed page, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope addressed in Neel’s hand.
