Description

Michael Faraday

British physicist and chemist (1791–1867) best known for his development of the first dynamo and the discovery of electromagnetic induction. ALS signed “M. Faraday,” one page, 3.5 x 4.5, February 29, 1844. Letter about purchasing laboratory flasks, in part: “Can you furnish us with some & add to the many obligations.” In very good condition, with central vertical and horizontal folds, staining to the top edge, and slight mirroring of ink. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
