Standard AFTRA agreement between the members of Sha Na Na and Burt Sugarman, Inc., for the group to “render artistic services in connection with the rehearsal and broadcast of…‘Midnight Special.’” Signed at the conclusion by many band members using their full names: Lennie Baker, Chris Donald [Vinnie Taylor], Johnny Contardo, Jon Bauman, Scott Simon, Scott Powell, John Marcellino, Fred Greene, Richard Joffe, Don York, Bruce C. Clarke, and Elliot Cahn. Countersigned by Sugarman. In fine condition. Exemplars from this era are virtually nonexistent, and because the band has signed with their legal names our third-party authenticators are unable to render an opinion. However, the Sugarman does match known examples and as this is a legal document we have no reason to doubt the authenticity of the item.
