Partly-printed vellum DS, one page, 15 x .25, May 1, 1908. President Roosevelt appoints Frank J. Woodbury as “Captain in the Medical Corps in the service of the United States.” Signed at the conclusion by President Roosevelt and countersigned by Acting Secretary of War Robert Shaw Oliver. The blue seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. Expected document wear with intersecting folds and scattered creases, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
