Two documents headed “Morning Report of the Surgeon of a Regiment, Post or Garrison,” signed “J. H. Bennett, Asst. Surg. 46th U. S. C. Inf.,” each one page, 10 x 8, dated September 21 and October 1, 1864. Reports for the 46th United States Colored Infantry, listing the numbers of soldiers in hospital, in quarters, and returned to duty. In overall very good condition, with some repairs to separated intersecting folds, scattered soiling, and dampstaining to the top of one document.
