Ruger, in part: “I telegraphed to Wadsworth today asking you to come to headquarters. I thought it was best to see you to learn what posts you wished broken up or what troops you wished sent to Atlanta or Chattanooga.” In fine condition, with light scattered creasing and several horizontal folds (one passing through the tips of the signature).
