Jamaican–American jazz pianist and composer (1931–1971) known for his collaborations with Dinah Washington, Dizzy Gilespie, John Coltrane, and Billie Holiday. Smokin’ at the Half Note album signed and inscribed on the inside gatefold in blue ink, “Best of everything, always, Wynton Kelly,” “Good luck, Jimmy Cobb,” and “Best wishes, Gus, Paul Chambers.” Some rubbing to covers and wear to edges, otherwise fine condition. The record is included.
