Description

Gulzarilal Nanda

Indian politician and economist (1898–1999) who twice served as the Prime Minister of India during the mid–1960s. Matte-finish 7.5 x 8.75 head–and–shoulders portrait of Nanda, affixed to its original 8.25 x 10 mount, signed on the mount in blue ink, “Each one of us has to take a hand in building the better world we wish for, 30.8.60, Gulzari Lal Nanda.” In very good condition, with scattered creasing to the photo and light wear to the mount (a small crease affecting a portion of the writing). Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
