Rare greeting card featuring the emblem of Vietnam on the front, measuring 5.5 x 4 closed, with a red printed Vietnamese greeting inside (translated), “Happy New Year, 1960,” signed below in fountain pen by Ho Chi Minh. In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from a previous owner stating that the card was sent to her uncle, who served as Canadian commissioner on the International Supervisory Commission for Vietnam in 1958 and was posted to New York as consul in 1960.
