I am venturing to send you a copy of the statement which I read at the beginning of the hearing before the Industrial Relations Commission, in which my position is fully set forth.” In fine condition, with central vertical and horizontal folds (passing through a single letter of the signature), two filing holes to top edge, and an office stamp to upper right.
