Tazio Nuvolari

Italian motorcycle and race car driver (1892–1953) who was the 1932 European Champion in Grand Prix motor racing. German engineer Ferdinand Porsche called Nuvolari ‘the greatest driver of the past, the present, and the future.’ Vintage 3.5 x 5.5 postcard photo of Nuvolari by Echte Photographie, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “A Kurt Schubert, Tazio Nuvolari.” In fine condition, with irregular ink adhesion to a portion of the signature and very faint surface marks to corners from previous mount. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
