Scarce 36-page gold-covered program for the closing festivities of New York’s Fillmore East on June 25-27, 1971, featuring the J. Geils Band, Albert King, and the Allman Brothers Band in their first headlining appearance. The program measures 5.5 x 8.5 and lists closing night performances by The Beach Boys, Mountain, Country Joe McDonald, and Edgar Winter’s White Trash. This special Fillmore East program features many farewell advertisements from record industry agencies, and many biographies and photos of artists who had previously appeared at the fabled venue. In fine condition, with two corner folds to the back cover. Accompanied by an unsigned 10 x 8 third-generation photo of the Allman Brothers Band doing their soundcheck for that night's special performance.
