In part: “Please accept my thanks for your attention in sending me the slip from The Star.” Includes the original transmittal envelope addressed in Meade’s hand and a 1911 certificate noting Birkinbine’s membership in George G. Meade Post No. 1. Nicely double-matted with a portrait of Meade to an overall size of 20.5 x 21. In very good condition, with scattered stains and soiling. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
