Includes an 8.5 x 11 presentation certificate bearing printed facsimile signatures of the astronauts, reading, “The crew of Columbia is pleased to present you with this medallion in appreciation of your contribution to the success of the First Manned Orbital Flight of the Space Shuttle.” Foxing to the certificate, otherwise fine condition.
