The envelope was postmarked on the launch date of Gemini 7—December 4, 1965. Gemini 7 was the orbital target for my Gemini 6 mission which was commanded by Wally Schirra. Wally and I lifted off from Pad 19 on December 15 and rendezvous with Gemini 7 later that afternoon.” Stafford’s address label is affixed to the lower right of the cover. In fine condition.
