Pair of unsigned and unworn white short-sleeve XXL t-shirts featuring the Yoo-hoo label and an image of Johnny Ramone unofficially endorsing the chocolate flavored drink. In overall fine condition. Ramones photographer Ian Harper hand-screened a very limited number of these shirts in 1990 and then again a decade later on the request of Johnny Ramone, who has been quoted as saying, ‘I always thought of it as my favorite shirt.’ Featuring examples from both production runs (one an original 1990 and the other a 2000 reprint), these shirts were never available as merchandise or for the general public. Included is a letter of provenance from noted Ramones photographer and gear expert Ian Harper, and a copy of an Ian Harper photo of Johnny wearing a similar shirt onstage. Also accompanied by a letter of provenance from Chris Lamy, close friend of The Ramones and guitarist of The Jabbers, formerly GG Allin & The Jabbers. The Chris Lamy Collection.
