South Korean military leader (1917–1979) who seized power in a 1961 coup d’etat; he was assassinated by the director of his own security force. An interesting drawing of the Korean flag by an unknown amateur artist, 7.5 x 11, signed below the depiction of the flag in black ink in Korean characters, and signed again and dated at the conclusion, “Park Chung Hee, January 23, 1969.” Intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature), otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by an unsigned photo. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
