Paul Samuelson

American economist (1915–2009) who won the 1970 Nobel Prize in Economics. TLS signed “Paul A. Samuelson,” one page, 8.25 x 11, Massachusetts Institute of Technology letterhead, November 8, 1988. Letter to Michael Tochtermann, in full: “Thanks for your 26 October letter and the enclosed Wicksell classic and the copies of the Vademecum.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature) and a pair of punch holes to left edge. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
