Flown cylindrical component from Gus Grissom’s Liberty Bell 7 spacecraft, recovered from the Atlantic Ocean on July 20, 1999. The piece measures approximately 1″ long and is presented inside a 5.25 x 4.5 x 2 Lucite display with an image of the spacecraft as well as printed information about the recovery. In fine condition.
