Two items: a black plastic sign from the KSC Launch Control Center (LCC), 12 x 3, with white lettering reading “To Roof No. 2,” directing people toward the roof top where they could view spacecraft launches; and a metal 2 x 2 fragment of the LCC louver, engraved: “This is a piece of the original aluminum sin louver from Firing Room 1. The louver was installed in 1961 and permanently removed on October 1, 2008, in support of a window refurbishment project.” Various scratches, soiling, and adhesive remnants, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Michael D. Leinbach, Shuttle Launch Director from 2000-2011, stating that the louver sample came from his personal collection.
