I. loading a shell into a gun, encouraging citizens to avoid workplace accidents, with “Safety makes ammunition.” In overall fine to otherwise fine condition, with expected storage folds and tack holes to corners, and paper loss to top edge of the central fold, two pieces of toned tape to top edge, and scattered streaks of discoloration to the limit travel poster.
