Agreement between Newman and Samuel Goldwyn Inc., in which he transfers “all rights of every kind and character whatsoever throughout the world in and to the music written by the undersigned in connection with the musical composition now entitled ‘The Dunking Song.’” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Newman and countersigned by a notary. Newman also initials the document, “A. N.,” twice near the top. In fine condition, with expected document wear and filing holes affecting small portions of the printed text. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
