Description

Quo Tai-chi

Chinese foreign minister (1889–1952) who served from 1941 to 1942, and was named as the permanent Chief Chinese Delegate to the United Nations in 1947. Crisp black ink signature, “Quo Tai-chi,” above his typed name, on an off-white 4.25 x 1.5 slip. In fine condition, with a slight horizontal crease (not affecting signature). Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
