Signed book: Portrait of the Assassin. Second printing. NY: Simon & Schuster, 1965. Hardcover with dust jacket, 6 x 8.5, 508 pages. Signed and inscribed on the first free end page in fountain pen, "7/26/67, With grateful appreciation for your sincere interest in a terrible tragedy in the History of America. Gerald R. Ford." In fine condition, with bumps to corners and light creases and soiling to dust jacket. A highly desirable inscription from the Warren Commission member and future president.
