Keleher and Clement H. Arnold, minors, who desire to enlist…the Recruiting Officer at San Francisco, Cal., was authorized to enlist these young men…should they apply in person to him for that purpose with the written consent of their parents and fulfill all requirements except as to age.” Intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature), light scattered soiling, and the signature slightly faded, otherwise fine condition.
