Extremely early partly-printed DS, signed “Gwyllyn Ford,” one page, 8.5 x 5.5, no date but circa early 1939. Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corporation employment document, filled out in another hand with Ford’s personal information, including his address, occupation as “Actor,” birth date and place, and citizenship status. Signing with his given name, Ford adds: “Will get last papers (citizenship) June 13 1939.” In fine condition, with expected document wear.
