Fantastic half-page splash original comic art for Tales to Astonish #54, hand-drawn in pencil by Larry Lieber and inked by Sol Brodsky on an off-white 13.5 x 21 cardstock sheet of illustration paper, created in December 1963 for publication in April 1964. In fine condition. The Wasp was a founding member of the Avengers, and 1960s title splashes featuring the Wasp are difficult to come by and extremely desirable. RR Auction COA.
