Lobdell as “Postmaster at Brewster, in the County of Putnam, State of New York.” Prominently signed at the conclusion by Arthur and countersigned by Postmaster General Walter Q. Gresham. The gold seal and ribbon affixed to the lower left remain intact. In very good condition, with partial separations to fragile intersecting folds and scattered toning.
