And, of course, I could not be more proud of Tom Paine.” In fine condition, with a rusty paperclip mark to the upper left. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, bearing a pre-printed free frank. Paine was the third administrator of NASA and served during the first seven Apollo manned missions.
