In part: “It is a credit to us, I think, that so many of the NASA people are highly thought of in government circles even now. And, of course, I could not be more proud of Tom Paine.” In fine condition, with a rusty paperclip mark to the upper left. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, bearing a pre-printed free frank. Paine was the third administrator of NASA and served during the first seven Apollo manned missions.
