Also included is the food’s pouch, labeled, “Day-1 Meal-C.” Accompanied by a letter of presentation to Stephen Robertson, which reads, “Compliments of Mr. Huey Crocker, DDKII Medical Facility, Manned Spacecraft Operations Building, Kennedy Space Center.” All the food, pouch, and letter are housed in a 28.25 x 17 display case.
