Partly-printed DS, one page, 11.5 x 7.75, October 16, 1880. Stock certificate for 100 shares of the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway Company, signed at the conclusion by Gould as its president. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered creases, cancellation holes (one affecting his last name) and pinholes throughout, a cancellation stamp, and other expected document wear.
