He prints the name of his band, “Alice Cooper,” and on the line asking about his instruments, he writes, “Snake—Guillotine—Assorted Deadly Toys.” He continues, adding his physical description and family history, listing his hobby as “splatter movies,” has “5 snakes” as animals, listing the three sports cars he owns, and former bands, “Beatles—Fat Boys.” At the conclusion he adds his home address, fan mail address, and signature.
