Saturn adapter assembly affiliated with the Saturn V S-IC (first stage) program, serial no. 0000006, measuring approximately 4 x 4.5, made by Purolator. Assembly is housed in its clean room packaging along with its cleaning tag. A Purolator label is affixed to the outside of the bag, as well as a bright orange “Critical to Manned Flight” label.
