Roosevelt.” Envelope also bears a stamped address to lower right, and a collector’s notation along left edge. Envelope is housed in a protective plastic sleeve which is affixed to a 9.25 x 11.5 scrapbook page, along with a 1933 commemorative inaugural cover. In fine condition, with a uniform shade of toning.
