Letter concerning a legal case. In part: “Take notice I shall on Monday 22nd day of March next move the County Court of Westmoreland Co for judgment and award of execution vs you for the sum of $37.74.” In very good condition, with several intersecting folds (two vertical folds passing through the signature), a few small areas of paper loss, and an unobtrusive tape remnant to left side.
