E.,” one page, 5,75 x 7.5, White House letterhead, December 30, 1953, to special assistant Charles Douglas Jackson, in part: “In my note of the other day I forgot to tell you how much Mamie and I enjoyed your matchless contribution to the Christmas party—and to thank you for your share in the gifts given to us by the White House staff…I shall take great satisfaction and pride in the new family picture now installed in my office.” In overall fine condition.
