Schnotala a “Chief Pay Clerk in the Navy, to rank with but after Ensign.” Signed at the conclusion by Wilson and countersigned by Secretary of the Navy Josephus Daniels. Document is affixed to an identical size board. In fine condition, with a uniform shade of light toning, and a few small stains and light soiling. The blue seal is crisp and intact.
