President Adams grants William Willcoxon of Sangamon County, Illinois, a parcel of land “in the District of Springfield and state of Illinois, containing one hundred and sixty acres.” Signed at the conclusion by Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains clean and fully intact. Intersecting folds, scattered soiling, and a slightly trimmed top edge, otherwise fine condition.
