Scarce letter by the Les Miserables writer

ALS in French, one page, 5 x 7.75, January 2, 1849. Untranslated letter sending thanks to Mr. Achaintre of Louviers, likely the printer Albert Achaintre. At this time, Hugo was working in the offices of the National Assembly. In very good condition, with intersecting folds (a few vertical folds passing through the signature), and scattered creases and soiling. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
