Foreword states that this document “is to provide the layman with some general information about the design of lunar trajectories and some specific information about the Apollo 11 mission." Manual provides information on Launch and Translunar Injection, Lunar Module Descent and Landing, LM Lift-Off, and Emergency Return to Earth. Bond’s name is written on the front cover.
