I. 21, with art done by Walter Richards, showing a jeep full of soldiers with the poster urging the conservation of rubber for military use. Printed in the lower border is “U.S. Government Printing Office: 1942-O-498482.” In fine condition, with expected storage folds, some scattered light toning and creasing, and some small separations at intersection of folds.
